Irsan Gusfrianto – Managing Partner of IG Lawyers
Welcome to IG Lawyers, the law firm hits the market with a philosophy “do what you love, have passion in executing works, and do it with heart,” which should be a passport for its lawyers to fight for clients rights. With wide experience in-practice, “Success is a manifest evolution from quality of work.” Irsan Gusfrianto is one of the senior lawyers in IG Lawyers and acting as a Managing partner. He has relevant knowledge, development ideas and business insight as well as legal mind to support clients to achieve best outcomes.
Irsan is a licensed advocate registered to the Indonesian lawyer’s profession organization PERADI. He obtained his Bachelor Degree of Law from Airlangga University and a Master Degree of Law specialization in Business Law from Pelita Harapan University prior to establishing IG Lawyers. At IG Lawyers he acts as a resourceful lawyer and also as a partner to provide legal services training and development. He also attended some career path training from PERADI. His experience involved a range of commercial development, licensing, corporate, construction, merger and acquisitions, employment, obtainment of patents, constructions issue, concession, entertainment license, legality enablement, financial statement audits, legal opinions on legality analysis, Due Diligences Etc.
His experience and legal business development allowed him to follow the current development of known law and regulation to once environment allows be more accepted by stakeholders. Delegation of his knowledge and experience was key objectives in meeting his partners in developing partnership mutual bonds and keeps involved to assist client business activities to develop and growth. Active in participating in seminar and related industry activities complements efforts in providing up to date and example practice which of course required the balance approach to the equivalent judgment in providing legal opinion that seeks fair treatment and good practice to help client’s satisfaction, follows the ethics, values personal, community and corporate expectation environment factors. As a firm code of conduct, practices, protocols, response and objectives are discussed and agreed before acted upon. Discussions and shared views are encouraged in order that input from all levels improves and enables leads to a better product.
